The MX-A series is available as X-, XY-, Z-axis positioning stage. The MX-A series offers a wide range of platform sizes from 20 x 20 mm to 125 x 125 mm. All stages are made of aluminum and equipped with cross-roller bearings. They can be combined with rotation or lifting stages and use low-outgassing, vacuum-compatible lubricants. Depending on the model, the travel range varies between ± 3.2 mm and ± 12.5 mm.
Typical application areas include laboratory automation, optical alignment, standard precision applications, photonics, and general mechanical engineering.
