Manual vertical stages

Manual lift tables enable precise vertical positioning of components along the Z-axis. Depending on the design, height adjustment is achieved via micrometer screws, lead screws, or rack-and-pinion drives—ensuring reproducible and controlled movement.

A range of table sizes, travel distances, and load capacities allows for flexible application. Robust construction and backlash-free guidance systems ensure reliable operation in precision engineering, optical, and laboratory environments.

Series overview of manual vertical stages

The MZA - Series

Highly precise compact vertical stages with micrometer adjustment
The MZA series features compact Z-axis stages with micrometer-driven fine adjustment and crossed roller guides. This ensures smooth, backlash-free motion and high stability – ideal for high-precision applications where space is limited and accuracy is critical.

  • Material: Aluminum
  • Platform size: 25 mm - 80 mm
  • Load: 10 N - 30 N
  • Travel: ± 2 mm - ± 5 mm
  • Drive: Micrometer (10 µm Vernier)
  • Guiding Mechanism: Cross roller

The MZF - Series

Robust scissor lift stages with extended travel range
The MZF series offers stable scissor-type lifting stages designed for large vertical travel. They are ideal for laboratory and assembly applications requiring reliable height adjustment with high load capacity.

  • Material: Aluminum
  • Platform size: 80 mm × 120 mm / 120 × 180 mm
  • Load: 70 N - 100 N
  • Travel: 40 mm - 70 mm
  • Drive: Lead screw (manual knob)
  • Guiding Mechanism: Scissor lift

The MC - Series

Compact vertical stages with versatile drive mechanisms
The MC series includes compact manual stages with dovetail guides for precise and stable positioning. Depending on the model, movement is achieved via rack-and-pinion or combined drive systems, enabling flexible adjustment in both Z and multi-axis configurations.

  • Materials: Brass alloy or aluminum (model dependent)
  • Platform sizes: 25 mm - 60 mm
  • Travel range: ± 2.5 mm - ± 10 mm
  • Load: 7 N - 15 N
  • Drive: Rack and pinion
  • Guiding mechanism: Dovetail guiding
