Description

This motorized positioning stage, whose body and guide elements consist of a coherent stainless steel profile, offers high thermal stability thanks to its monoblock design. A pre loaded ball screw with a recirculating ball-guided positioning carriage is used as the guide mechanism, which enables long and precise travel distances. In addition, a repeatability of up to 500nm is achieved.

In combination with the closed-loop stepper motors from FASTECH, precise control is guaranteed at a travel speed of up to 50mm/s, as the associated control continuously checks the target/actual positioning and automatically compensates for any step losses that may occur. The axis can be controlled using the free software from FASTECH or using the included DLL library with LabView, C++, C# etc.

Please note that the associated power supply must be ordered separately. An encoder and motor extension cable as well as the signal cable in a length of 1m are included as standard.
