Linear Guide Rails: The GRV / GRV-S / GRVP - Series

Designed for applications requiring maximum stiffness, parallelism and precision, this roller-type series features crossed rollers arranged at 90° and guided in precision-ground V-grooves for stable, play-free linear motion over a limited stroke. Its high load capacity and excellent resistance to moment loads make it ideal for demanding positioning and fine adjustment tasks. Typical applications include precision positioning systems, optics and metrology, laboratory equipment, and research applications.

GRVP: 8.4 mm - 476.4 mm

Crossed roller design
Depending on size, featuring 6 to 40 crossed rollers for optimal load distribution and high resistance to moment loads.

Supplied as a set with 4 rails, 2 cages and 8 end screws.

GRV(-S)

Steel rails with steel roller cage
Available in bearing steel (GRV) or stainless steel (GRV-S), providing maximum stiffness and precise guidance.

GRVP

Steel rails with POM roller cage
Variant with polymer cage option, suitable for specific operating conditions.
