The MHGS-Series

Built-in micrometer screws of the MHGS series are designed for high-precision manual fine adjustment with short to medium adjustment ranges. They enable reproducible linear positioning wherever the highest requirements for accuracy and stability apply. The MHGS series offers an adjustment range of up to 50 mm (model-dependent) with a minimum resolution of 10 µm. With an accuracy of ± 2.5 µm and a tolerance of ± 2 µm, these built-in micrometer screws are ideally suited for precise adjustment tasks. Different front shapes (flat or rounded) as well as mounting options via lock screw or clamping with a set screw allow flexible integration into applications in optics, metrology, laboratory and test engineering, as well as machine and fixture construction.
