This motorized positioning stage, whose body and guide elements consist of a coherent stainless steel profile, offers high thermal stability thanks to its monoblock design. A pre loaded ball screw with a ball cage is used as a guide mechanism for short and precise travel distances. In addition, a repeatability of up to 1µm is achieved.
In combination with the high-torque open loop 2-phase stepper motor ST2818L1006-B from Nanotec you can achieve a travel speed of up to 20mm/s at a step angle of 1.8° (full step) and a holding torque of 12.7Ncm
Please note that the associated power supply must be ordered separately. No connection cable is included.
The BX series relies on a fully integrated guiding system: manufactured from a single piece of stainless steel, without screws or separate components. The result is an exceptionally rigid, thermally stable, and compact linear system.
